This is the review of the SuperEQ S1 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones. We are writing this review after properly testing the headphones, checking out all its features and also testing the battery playback and charging times. Continue reading the rest of the article to the find out our impressions. Then we have the ANC button. We will discuss more about the ANC button in a dedicated Active Noise Cancelling section. Right next to the ANC button, there is a 3.5mm audio jack to use the headphones with wired connection. Then we have the micro-USB charging port. Finally, we have the main microphone for making calls. Apart from these buttons and ports, there are two additional microphones, one each on the either earcup on the top. These microphones are used by the ANC engine to capture the ambient noise. We tried listening to a wide genre of music from more than a couple of devices (laptops, mobile phones, tablets) and the result is good in all cases. The controls work flawlessly i.e., you can adjust the volume, change between tracks and pause or play the current track on all the devices. These headphones also support multipoint technology that enables you to pair two devices at the same time. It is very rare to find such premium feature in budget headphones. Coming to the performance of the ANC, we are really impressed with how good it can block the noise. The ANC button can be used to toggle between ANC ON, ANC OFF and Ambient sound ON modes.
