Spice Smart Flo Mi-359 employs dual core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz (Most likely MT6572) coupled with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB internal memory, and needless to say, this won’t make the cut for near decent Android experience. Other features include Dual SIM support, 2 MP rear shooter, 1.3 MP selfie camera, 1400 mAh battery and a 3.5 Inch display with basic 480 x 320 pixel resolution. Another thing missing is 3G connectivity. You will have to remain content with 2G and WiFi. The hardware is fairly basic meant for those switching from feature phones.
Spice Stellar 451 3G is a budget quad core device which comes with a 4.5 inch display featuring very usable 854 x 480 pixel FWVGA resolution and powered by 1.3 GHz quad core processor assisted by 512 MB RAM. The dual SIM phone is only 8.7 mm thick and weighs 156 grams. Imaging hardware includes a 3.2 MP rear shooter (with LED flash) and a 2 MP selfie camera. Internal storage is standard 4 GB and can be expanded by another 32 GB using MicroSD card support. Other features include 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and a 1450 mAh battery. Firefox OS phones arriving in a few months will perhaps be better alternatives in sub 3,000 INR price range, clearly not meant for Android. The spice Steller 451 3G will be available in white and grey colors for 5,499 INR and the Spice Smart Flo Mi-359 comes in Silver and Grey colors at 2899 INR.
